THE SYMBOLS
Norse runes depict the low value symbols, with colours of blue, green, red and yellow. If the right number of matching combinations land on the same spin, these symbols can offer between x0.1 and x0.5 the player’s bet.
Meanwhile, brown boars, blue octopuses and green, red and gold Vikings represent the high value symbols, providing wins between x0.2 and x5 the player’s wager.
Free spins scatters can appear on reels one, three and five, represented by triangle runes. Landing three on the same spin will award 10 free spins.
Bonus ship symbols are also available, with each ship that appears being collected into a treasure map meter above the board.
Finally, flying Valkyrie wilds are included, substituting for all symbols other than triangle scatters and bonus ship symbols.
These wilds will trigger the flying wild feature after providing any initial wins, causing all low value symbols to be removed from play and replaced by high value symbols. The wild will then move to a random position on the board.
THE DETAILS
When 50 ship symbols are collected within the same game session, the treasure island feature will become activated. This acts as a permanent feature, causing the grid to increase to 5×4 while allowing a full reel wild to drop into play.
Once the treasure island feature is activated, players are awarded one bonus spin which will guarantee a win with at least one full reel wild appearing on the board.
These full reel wilds will substitute for all symbols other than triangle scatters and bonus ship symbols, but can only appear on reels two, three and four.
Full reel wilds and flying Valkyrie wilds cannot appear on the same spin.
During the free spins feature, skeleton symbols can appear holding keys. Collecting three, six, nine or 12 skeleton scatters in the free spins will award an additional two free spins each while increasing a win multiplier for the feature to x2, x3, x4 or x5, respectively.
Players can buy access to the free spins game mode for the price of x45 their stake, while being able to buy an option that starts with a 5×4 grid for x55.
