Low value symbols come in the form of playing card royals, with Jack through to Ace. If the right amount of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.4 and x5 the player’s bet.
Next up, chariots and catapults represent the medium value symbols, offering between x1 and x15 the player’s preferred stake.
High value symbols are depicted as ships and sword-swinging Spartan warriors. These symbols can offer between x1.2 and x25, depending on the amount of matching combinations that land on a single spin.
Spartan face wilds can also drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than the shield scatters.
Finally, shield scatters are available with two variants. One is a standard shield bonus scatter and the other is a magnetic shield scatter. Landing three or more of any shields on the same spin will trigger the free spins feature.
THE DETAILS
Landing three, four or five scatters will award 10, 15 or 20 free spins respectively. If only two scatters land on a single spin, these will stay sticky on the reels as a respin occurs around them, giving players another chance of triggering the bonus feature.
With this free spins feature, all cells that bonus or magnetic scatters drop into will become marked, upgrading this position when other scatters fall into its cell on a subsequent spin.
These positions are upgraded to show randomly selected multipliers of x1, x2 or x3 if this happens once, x5, x6 or x8 if it happens twice, and x10, x12, x15 or x20 for a third time.
Magnetic scatters will mark their cell with a magnetic feature, meaning that any other scatters that land on the same reel as this marked space will be attracted towards it, upgrading this position again.
Landing three, four or five magnetic scatters on the same free spin will retrigger the feature and award 10, 15 or 20 extra free spins respectively.
