Low value symbols in the game are represented by items you’d expect to see in any Western film – a wanted poster, a neckerchief, a flask, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat – offering between x0.1 and x1 the player’s bet depending on the combination of symbols which land on the reels.
The game’s medium value symbols come in the form of Western characters with different coloured backgrounds – teal, brown, purple and green – offering between x0.75 and x10 the player’s wager depending on combinations that land on a single spin.
A sheriff is Wild West Duels’ high value symbol, offering between x2 to x20 the player’s stake depending on the combinations displayed in the slot.
The game also features three different scatter symbols – beer game, duel and lost relic – as well as two different wild symbols that are present at different points in the game.
THE DETAILS
A bag filled with gold coins represents one wild symbol and substitutes for all symbols except for the scatter.
During the base game and during the duel feature, the wild symbol can randomly expand to fill the whole reel, receiving a multiplier between x2 and x100 that applies to all winning combinations it is a part of. Expansions only occur if it would result in at least one win.
Two pints of beer are Wild West Duels’ beer game scatter symbol. A beer game free spins mode is activated if three or more of these scatter symbols land on the reels, awarding 10 free spins.
During the beer game, a new wild symbol appears on the reels in the form of two pints of beer with a golden W. If any wild symbol hits, it receives a random multiplier of either x2 or x3 and it remains on the screen during the whole feature. They apply to all wins they connect to and add to each other if more than one is present. Expanding wilds do not feature during this round.
The duel scatter symbol comes in the form of two pistols. If three or more land on the reels, the duel free spins feature is triggered, awarding 10 free spins. The expanding wilds do feature during this round, and at least one wild is guaranteed to land in a random position every spin.
Two shovels represent the lost relics scatter symbol. If three or more of these symbols land, the lost relics free spins feature is activated, awarding three free spins.
Before the round begins, 25 shovels appear across the reels. The player is then asked to pick nine shovels to collect random numbers of one, two, three or five wilds and random multipliers of x1, x2, x3 or x5 which are added together respectively for the subsequent free spins.
During every spin, several wilds are guaranteed to hit in random positions per the amount collected at the beginning, as well as a total multiplier per the amount collected before the spin. The expanding wilds do not feature during this round.
