THE PITCH

This 3×3 video slot has a medium volatility with an RTP of 96.22 per cent as players help to solve a mystery to potentially claim a max win exposure of 500,000x the original bet.

THE DETAILS

The game includes three wilds; a standard wild, a x2 multiplier wild and a x3 multiplier wild. Each of the symbols can substitute for any symbol, except the scatter, to create winning lines, and the multiplier wilds will increase any wins they form.

If more than one multiplier wild forms a winning combination then the player’s win will be multiplied by the product of wild.

Landing two scatter symbols on any reel will trigger a re-spin. The reels where the wilds are located will be held and the final reel will respin. If a scatter fails to land on the re-spin, the player will activate the mystery feature. If a scatter does land, the case of riches bonus round will appear.

During the mystery feature, the two scatter symbols will duplicate on the reels it is located on. The symbols will then transform into another symbol and pay out any wins.

The case of riches bonus round is made up of five parts; the objective, starting the case, the board and the challenges, solving the case and finally the second chance wheel. The objective of this round is to collect clues and solve a case alongside Sherlock Holmes.

Player’s get four moves to try and fill the clue points meter. At the start of each move, they will roll the dice and Sherlock will make his way around the board, landing on different free spin challenges.

After the four moves have finished, if the player has collected enough clue points they will be awarded a mega spin. During this spin, the mystery feature will be triggered on two reels and six identical symbols will be revealed on those reels. The third reel will be filled with wilds, which might even be multiplier wilds.

If the player fails the collect enough clue points, they will be awarded the clue points wheel. During this round, the player has one extra attempt at solving the case by spinning a wheel. If it stops in the win segment, the player has solved the case. If not, the bonus round ends.

WHAT THEY SAY

Martin Zettergren, chief product office, Play’n GO, noted: “This game makes the players the central part of the story. Sherlock isn’t solving the mysteries; he’s just assisting them in reaching their final goal.

“We’ve created a whole world for players to be part of and with the game’s unique features, there are so many possibilities that they’ll want to play again and again. That’s where the value comes from for them, providing a game that will keep people entertained and keep them guessing.”
