Ernest Lewicki, Head of Sales at Infingame, takes us through some of the company’s key milestones for 2024 as he highlights the reasons why Infingame is raising the bar for igaming aggregation. 

We’ve reached that point in the year when we start to take stock of the key achievements and learnings from the last 12 months. If we cast our minds back to the first event of the year at ICE London, a lot has changed since then; we’ve seen new trends sweep the industry, new markets regulate gambling and new companies emerge as igaming leaders – one of which is Infingame.  

As one of the fastest growing aggregators in the industry, we understand that establishing yourself as a leader in this industry isn’t simply about keeping pace with new trends – it’s about setting them. That’s something that has shaped everything we have achieved. 

In a similar fashion to the wider industry, a lot has changed at Infingame these last 12 months too. One of our biggest milestones has been the deepening of our presence in Latin America. 

New territories 

Latin America has always been a region full of promise for igaming, but navigating its complexities requires a blend of local expertise and global vision.  

At Infingame, we’ve made significant strides in markets like Argentina and Venezuela, with big plans to disrupt the Brazilian market in 2025 – and our efforts in the region are already bearing fruit as we’ve become the go-to aggregator in LatAm. 

Expanding across Latin America is so much more than simply planting your flag and hoping for the best, however. It’s about understanding the cultural nuances and regulatory landscapes that shape player behaviour. That’s why we’ve prioritised localisation—not just in language but in game content, payment options and even products that are tailored to the region. 

Unlike other aggregation hubs on the market, we have placed particular emphasis upon creating a curated content offering. Our Product Team has spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that the games and studios we add to our platform are tailored to the unique, specific needs of our operator partners – after all, no player wants to be spending hours sifting through content to find something that appeals to them! 

But how have we made sure this content reflects the local market? Our team has extensive experience in Latin America. We know just how to deliver the best possible products for operators targeting the region – from the types of games that resonate with players to the best ways to adapt your products to localise your offering for each specific market. 

To achieve this, our team has been working closely with operators and game studios to ensure their content isn’t just relevant but culturally immersive. This isn’t just about translating game interfaces into Spanish or Portuguese—it’s about weaving local narratives and themes into the fabric of the gaming experience. 

New records 

What has become clear when working with our operator partners is that players are searching for more quick-fire, engaging gameplay experiences. Ask any player what they value most in their gaming experience and “speed” will inevitably be near the top of the list.  

I dare say it, but we’ve all had that experience of playing a game – be it casino or video games – and the lag has put a dampener on the entire experience. Nobody wants to sit through freezes or delays; every millisecond counts in maintaining engagement. That’s why achieving the fastest spin times in the igaming industry has been one of our proudest milestones. 

We’ve worked tirelessly with our development teams to optimise every facet of our platform’s performance. Achieving these record-breaking spin times wasn’t just about hitting a technical target; it was about delivering an experience that keeps players coming back. 

This hasn’t just had benefits for players either. For operators, this milestone has translated into tangible results. Faster spin times mean higher player satisfaction, longer sessions and increased revenues. It’s a win-win for everyone. 

New content 

But of course, even the fastest platform won’t retain a player’s attention without the addition of compelling content. Adding a few games each month is no longer sufficient, players want to feel that each time they visit a casino lobby, they’re journeying into uncharted territory that is brimming with excitement.  

That’s why we’ve made expanding our casino content library a priority. Over the past year, we’ve added a whole host of new titles, ranging from high-octane slots to immersive live dealer games and engaging crash games. 

But this isn’t just about quantity—it’s about quality. We’ve partnered with some of the most innovative studios in the industry to ensure that every new game we offer meets the highest standards of gameplay and visual design.

New platform  

When we first started conceptualising the idea for a new platform, we knew it wasn’t just about developing just another tech stack. It was about creating the platform—the one that operators could rely on to scale their businesses, enhance their offerings and ultimately, exceed player expectations. This is where our new platform was born. 

Making its debut in November this year, our revamped, next-gen aggregation hub represents the culmination of years of expertise and innovation, all packaged up into one innovative platform. We’ve built a platform that is as robust as it is agile, capable of adapting to the ever-changing demands of the igaming landscape.  

With its seamless integration tools, operators can onboard game studios and partners much more seamlessly and quicker than ever. The powerful analytics and customisation features also enable a level of localisation that is increasingly critical in today’s competitive market.  

Over the coming months, we will be migrating our existing partners onto the new platform while also onboarding plenty of new game studios and providers – unlocking the doors for a whole host of new growth opportunities for each of our partners.
