PopOK underpins vital focus on artistic design

When it comes to iGaming and ensuring player retention, the artistic design of the lobby simply can’t be understated.

The use of artwork has been a central focus for PopOK Gaming, having recently placed a massive amount of effort and resources into making its live casino studios look visually appealing to entice players in.

At the heart of this strategy was a link up with Alex Monopoly, a New York-based artist, he designed a brand new live casino studio, called Poly by Alec Monopoly, to help the supplier elevate its offering.

This creates trust and engagement with PopOK Gaming’s players, says Diana Andreyan, Business Development Executive at PopOK Gaming.

Speaking with iGaming Expert, Andreyan notes that the artistic vision can help boost player sessions in the live casino sector.

“This collaboration has brought some luxury inspired and street art aesthetics to our new live casino studios,” she says. “In turn this creates more trust and excitement amongst players which leads to longer play sessions.

Artwork is essential and often overlooked in igaming. But Andreyan explains that PopOK Gaming has put lots of effort into its Monopoly collaboration to get the most out of its visuals.

“It brings a very unique artistic touch, because his art direction has been key in shaping our live casino studios, which brings more player retention,” she adds.

“It also shows our commitment to innovation, because when you are collaborating with a world known artist, it is something that really captures the attention of your players and makes it more interesting for them.”

Innovation is a word that PopOK’s mission and mantra is focused around. Andreyan says that in everything the company does on a product development basis, the question is always asked around what is innovative.

“We need to be ahead of the times!” she explains.

One other way in which PopOK Gaming is aiming to innovate is by entering the land-based sector. As the industry has migrated online rapidly in the last five years, some have pointed out that there has been a lack of innovation in land-based. But this is something PopOK is aiming to resolve.

The firm’s vision is to bring the action of crash games to the land-based sector for the first time.

As Andreyan elaborates: “One of the advantages of our land-based slot machines is that when winning you are opening a bonus game, you have the chance to play a crash game.

“We’re bringing something really new to the market, we are opening a crash game on a land-based machine. This is proof that PopOK is ahead of the time and always trying to do something new. We are always trying to bring new and interesting products to the market and we think this is a very good innovation.”

This, in turn, will create an omnichannel experience for those players who want to play in both the online live casino, as well as the physical brick-and-mortar venue, allowing PopOK to reach a new wave of players.

“These machines complement our online games which are already very popular with players. After playing online, they can then go to a physical casino and play the same games in a different format.”
