SYMBOLS
The titles low-value symbols are the playing cards ten through ace. Depending on the number of symbols that land on the reels, these symbols can offer returns of x0.6 and x2 the player’s bet.
Moving up the paytable, the symbols are depicted by otters, snakes, crocodiles, lions and eagles. Each of which can appear in standard or golden form.
During the base game, regular animal symbols offer payouts of between x2 and x50 the player’s stake. These are doubled for the golden symbols.
During the free spins bonus game, both symbol types pay the same.
The titles wild symbols substitute for all symbols except free spins scatters. They appear exclusively on reels 2,3 and 4.

Landing one or more wilds will trigger a respin. If another wild lands during the respin, another is awarded. Once all respins are complete, if three or more wilds are present the bonus game feature will be activated.
During the bonus game, wilds transform into armadillo credits with random values.
The remaining symbols disappear, and all reel position spin independently for three link spins to try and land more armadillo credit symbols.
If at least one credit symbol lands, the number of link spins rests to three.
Multiplier armadillo symbols that land multiply the value of all credits in the corresponding row or reel by x2.
Each of the five animals contributes to a pick bonus accumulation meter when a win involving that animal occurs.
For each bet level, the number of initial pucks starts at three and each animal is tied to each specific bet level.
Changing the bet level restores the previously accumulated symbols meter for that level.
Once an animal’s meter is completely filled, the number of picks for that animal increases by one and the meter rests to begin progress for an additional pick.
At the start of the free spins feature, the player is awarded the total number of picks accumulated for the randomly selected animal.
Prior to the free spins mode beginning, the accumulated picks unlocks a number of enhancements.
These are a global multiplier, extra credits, a payout boost, extra free spins, sticky animals and both ways pay.
Free spins mode is triggered when three or more free spins scatters land on the reels in a single spin.
During free spins mode, non-golden animals can stick randomly to the reels.
Each animal also has a double win feature, and is evaluated twice for wins. First it acts as a wild symbol and contributes to wild symbols, and it is also evaluated as part of a corresponding animal symbol combination.
Players can also buy free spins. Animal level three costs x60 the current bet, level five costs x93 and level seven costs x129.
