EveryMatrix’s subsidiary slot developer Armadillo Studios has taken players down the rabbit hole for a trip to Wonderland in its latest slot title, Alice’s Mad Fortune.

THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols are depicted by playing card guards with suits of hearts, spades, diamonds and clubs. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.25 and x10 the player’s bet.
Meanwhile, dodo birds, mice, dogs and hawks depict the high value symbols, offering between x0.5 and x500 the player’s chosen stake.
Golden playing card guards are available on reels two, three and four, triggering the bonus game mode if three land on the same spin.
Cheshire cat symbols can also appear on reels two, three and four, working as a wild symbol that substitutes for all symbols in the game other than the bonus scatter.
These cheshire cats will also present a multiplier of either x2 or x3 that will be applied to any wins that it contributes to.
Mad Hatters and caterpillar bonus symbols can land on reels three and four, working as both wild and bonus scatter symbols. If one of these appear alongside two playing card bonus scatters, the bonus game will be activated.
Mad Hatters, caterpillars and cheshire cat symbols will each be collected into meters when they drop into play, allowing them to become enhanced in the bonus game mode if a certain number of symbols are collected before the feature is triggered.
Wild Alice symbols are available on reels two, three and four, expanding to cover full reels each time they drop into play.
Finally, white rabbit symbols are available on reels two and four, also working as both wild symbols and scatter symbols.
THE DETAILS
In the bonus game mode, players are given three spins to land as many symbols on an empty reel set as possible. Each symbol that drops into play will reset the number of spins to three.
Each symbol that drops onto the empty board becomes sticky for the duration of the game mode, unless a feature causes it to be removed.
Playing card prize symbols can appear on the reels, awarding multiplied bet amount prizes from x1 to x10 the player’s wager.
Cheshire cat symbols will award between x1 and x10 the player’s bet, while randomly doubling one or more prize symbols’ values across the board.
If a gold cheshire cat symbol is available, due to cheshire cat symbols being collected in the base game, the symbol will repeat its doubling feature each time the spin counter is reset by a new symbol dropping into play.
Mad Hatter symbols will award between x1 and x10 the player’s bet, before accumulating the prize values of every other symbol on the board to add the sum to its own value.
Gold Mad Hatters will also perform this feature each time the spins counter resets.
Caterpillar symbols award between x1 and x10 the chosen stake, while increasing all other prize values on the board by a value between one and five. Gold caterpillars will repeat this feature each time the spins counter resets when a new symbol drops into play.
While each character with enough collected symbols in the base game will become gold for the bonus game mode,, each time a gold symbol repeats a feature, the meters will decrease by a value of one.
Once these character meters have been decreased down to zero, their respective character symbols in the bonus game will no longer appear as gold, and will stop repeating their features each time the spins counter resets.
When Alice drops into play during the bonus game mode, they will cause a previously used character symbol to come back to life and repeat their feature. These symbols will also present their own value between x1 and x10.
Meanwhile, white rabbits present a prize between x1 and x10 while increasing the number of respins by a value of one. The respins counter will then reset to this new value each time a new symbol drops into play.
Two new symbols can appear in this bonus game, with Queen of Heart symbols awarding between x1 and x10 before causing all playing card symbols to disappear – without losing their prize values – to make space for new symbols to drop into play.
Mushroom symbols are also available, adding an extra row to the board before awarding between x1 and x10 the player’s wager.
The game mode will come to an end when the respins play out with no new symbols dropping in, awarding the player the total sum of all symbols present on the reels, as well as any playing card symbols removed by the Queen of Hearts.
