THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols are represented by crossbows, gas masks, first aid kits, gasoline and tin cans. These symbols can offer between x0.05 and x0.8 the player’s stake, depending on the number of winning combinations that land on a single spin.
Meanwhile, five post-apocalyptic characters depict the high value symbols, with Creator, Triplet, Cutter, Licker and Crawer able to appear. These symbols can provide wins between x0.15 and x2.5 the player’s bet.
Skull scatters can appear, triggering the carnage spins when three land on the same spin, the doomsday spins when four appear at once or the cataclysm spins when five land on the same turn.
xNudge wilds can drop into play on reels two through five, expanding in size to nudge down to the bottom row every time they appear.
These wilds will substitute for all symbols other than skull scatters, and every space they nudge passed will increase a multiplier displayed on the wild by a value of one.
Additionally, super xNudge wilds can drop into play on reels three and four. If two super xNudge wilds land adjacent to each other on these reels, they will nudge to the bottom of the reels, gaining increasing multipliers as they nudge, before expanding to full the entire reel once reaching the bottom row.
The multipliers gained by each super xNudge wild will then be added together as the two full reel wilds merge, allowing for a maximum multiplier of x8.
THE DETAILS
Every version of the bonus game mode, whether it be the carnage, doomsday or cataclysm spins, works in a similar fashion.
The game mode is split into two halves, with the hoarding feature taking place before the feasting feature.
In the hoarding feature, each version of the game mode will offer three spins for players to land monetary prizes ranging from x1 to x40 their stake on an empty reel set. Each prize that drops into play will reset the number of spins to three.
Players will hope to land as many large prizes on the reels as possible, as these prizes can be claimed at the end of the feasting feature. If a reel gets completely filled with prize symbols, an extra spin will be awarded for the feasting feature.
For the feasting feature, the carnage spins will award five spins while the doomsday and cataclysmic spins offer 10 spins.
Bonus reels appear above and below the game grid where the prizes won in the hoarding feature are displayed. On these bonus reels, the five high value characters can appear to enhance the prizes won in the hoarding feature.
Creator will cause a new prize symbol to appear in an empty space on the reel it appears above or below, while Triplet randomly upgrades three prize values across the board. Triplet can upgrade the same prize twice or three times when it appears.
Furthermore, Cutter multiplies one random prize symbol by two and Licker adds the highest prize value – x40 – to the win total.
Finally, Crawer collects all prize values across the reels and adds them to the win total.
Each character symbol can also appear as persistent. These persistent characters will nudge one reel to the right with each spin, performing its feature repetitively until it nudges off of the reels.
The only difference between the doomsday and cataclysmic spins is that all characters in the latter will be persistent.
