The latest collaborative slot release between Yggdrasil and Peter & Sons transports players to the middle ages in Book of Books.

Out now

Book of Books is a 5×3 reel slot with 10-paylines and a maximum win of up to x10,000 the player’s stake.

96.1 per cent

Low value symbols come in the form of playing card suits with clubs, diamonds, spades and hearts. If the right amount of matching combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.5 and x8 the player’s bet.

Next up, axes, hammers and swords depict the medium value symbols, offering between x0.5 and x20 the player’s preferred stake.

Hgh value symbols are represented by blue knights, red wizards and golden kings. These symbols can offer between x0.5 and x150, depending on the number of winning combinations that fall on one go.

Wild W symbols are also available, substituting for all aforementioned paytable symbols but not for scatters and other bonus symbols.

Finally, scatters are depicted as golden books, triggering one of three power ups for the eventual free spins game mode if two scatters land on the same spin, or the free spins feature itself if three scatters land at once.

Depending on the amount of scatters that land to trigger the free spins, the bonus game mode can be played on a larger reel set.

Landing three scatters will provide seven free spins on the standard 5×3 reel set with 10-paylines, whereas four scatters will run the feature with a 5×4 reel set that has 20-paylines.

If players land five scatters to trigger the game mode, the free spins will be played on a 5×5 reel set with 40-paylines in total.

At the beginning of the bonus game mode, one random paytable symbol is chosen to be enhanced for the duration of the free spins, filling entire reels to increase each spin’s win potential.

Throughout the base game, landing two scatters on a single spin will award one of three power up features to be saved for when the free spins game mode is activated. These power ups include additional spins, an additional expanding symbol and x1 or x2 multipliers for the expanding symbols.

Landing scatters during the free spins game mode will also provide power up enhancements. Landing two scatters awards one extra spin with one random power up, three scatters provides three spins and one power up while four scatters will give an extra five free spins as the board increases to a size of 5×4, if it wasn’t at that point already.

When players land five scatters during a single free spin, seven extra spins are provided and the reel set increases to 5×5.

Players can activate the golden bet feature to double their chances of landing bonus symbols by increasing each bet size by 50 per cent.

Furthermore, players can buy access to the free spins feature with three, four or five scatters for the price of x120, x250 or x500 their stake respectively.
