Low value symbols are represented by green, purple, orange and red gemstones. These symbols can offer between x0.2 and x1 the player’s wager, depending on the number of matching combinations that appear on a single spin.
Next up, vases, the Eye of Horus and pyramids depict the medium value symbols, providing wins between x1.6 and x3 the player’s wager.
High value symbols come in the form of scarab beetles. If the right number of identical combinations fall on the same turn, these symbols can offer x5 the chosen bet.
Two bonus coin symbols can appear in this slot, with prize coins appearing on reels one and three, while gold Ra coins land on the middle reel. Landing three or more coins on the same spin will activate the hold-and-win feature.
Prize coins will appear depicting either prize values, ranging from x1 to x15 the player’s wager or jackpot values of mini (x25), minor (x50), major (x150) or grand (x1,000). These prizes can be won in the hold-and-win feature.
Finally, wild Ankh symbols can drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than coins, while awarding x10 the player’s stake for a three-of-a-kind wild win.
THE DETAILS
While prize coin symbols display prize values, the gold Ra coins that appear in the middle reel perform a collect function that only becomes active in the hold-and-win game mode.
This game mode awards three spins, with all prize coins that drop into play being collected into the gold Ra coins in the central reel, including jackpot prizes.
Each symbol that drops into play will reset the number of spins to three, but once all three spins have been completed, the game mode will end with all gold Ra coins’ values being added to the hold-and-win feature’s total payout.
Additionally, one or two coins landing on one base game spin do have a chance to activate the hold-and-win feature via the game’s randomly activated ‘chest of gold’ bonus.
