Low value symbols are represented by the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.2 and x1 the player’s wager.
Meanwhile, scissors, moths, crows and pyramid eyes depict the medium value symbols, offering between x0.5 and x5 the player’s stake.
High value symbols come in the form of a ram’s head. These symbols can offer between x1 and x10 the player’s bet.
Blue crosses are available, known as ‘order’ symbols. When an order symbol drops into play, a ‘will of the order’ feature will be triggered, causing between one and nine wild symbols to be placed randomly across the reels.
Red upside-down crosses can also appear and will be collected in a meter above the reels when a win occurs on the same spin that they appear on. Collecting three red crosses on the same spin will activate the ‘trial by hellfire’ feature.
Additionally, if three red crosses are collected on the same spin that a blue cross also appears on, the ‘rise to salvation’ feature will be triggered.
Finally, blue wild symbols are available in the base and ‘trial by hellfire’ game modes, while red wild symbols appear in the ‘rise to salvation’ feature.
These wilds substitute for all symbols other than the blue and red crosses while depicting multipliers between x1 and x10 to be applied to any wins they contribute to.
THE DETAILS
Throughout each game mode, cascading wins occur, causing winning symbols to disappear after providing their payout prizes, making way for new symbols to drop in and increase the win potential.
In the ‘trial by hellfire’ game mode, players are given 10 spins while all winning symbols’ positions are marked with hellfire.
When a red cross symbol appears in this game mode, all hellfire-marked positions will transform into wild symbols.
For the ‘rise to salvation’ game mode, cascading wins will reverse as winning symbols disappear and the remaining symbols rise upwards, rather than cascading down.
Additionally, special orb symbols can appear with multiplier values of x2, x3, x4, 5, x10, x15, x25, x50 or x100. This value will then be applied to a persistent multiplier for the feature when the orbs rise all the way up the reels thanks to the reverse cascading wins.
Furthermore, these orb symbols can also showcase instant prizes ranging from x10 to x666 the player’s bet, which will be instantly awarded to the player if the orbs rise all the way up the reels.
If three spins in a row occur in this feature without a win, three to five random symbols will be removed from play to activate a reverse cascade.
