Hacksaw Gaming’s Canny the Can has returned to the reels with another old-timey animated slot title in the studio’s latest release, Drop ‘Em.
Drop ‘Em is a 5×6 reel slot with up to 7,776-ways to win and a maximum win of x10,000 the player’s stake.

Low value symbols come in the form of the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. These symbols can offer between x0.1 and x0.5 the player’s bet, depending on the number of paying combinations that land on a single spin.
Jungle leaves, crows, skulls, snakes and lightning bolts depict the high value symbols, offering between x0.3 and x5 the player’s bet.
Meanwhile, mouse scatters are available, triggering 10 free spins if three or more land on the same base game spin.
Drop arrow symbols can also drop into play. These arrows will shoot off of the screen from the bottom, removing any symbols that it drops past. The removed symbols will then be replaced at the top of the screen by identical symbols to increase the spin’s win potential.
Finally, wild W symbols can appear, substituting for all symbols in the game other than the drop arrows and mouse scatters. Landing five wilds in a winning combination will provide a win of x20 the player’s bet.
In the game, three free spin game modes are on offer, each triggered by a different number of scatters dropping in on the same spin. In each feature, landing additional free spins scatters can award one, two or three extra spins.
Three scatters trigger the drop spins bonus, which sees a higher chance of landing the drop arrow symbols.
Alternatively, landing four scatters activates the high drop spins bonus, which causes only high value or wild symbols to appear as the chosen symbol for the drop arrow replacements.
For this specific feature, drop upgrade symbols are available, causing between one and five symbols to be removed from the pool of symbols able to appear with the drop arrow symbols.
In the third and final free spins option, awarded for landing five scatters, only the wild symbol can appear in the drop arrow pool of symbols.
