ELA Games has bolstered its shooter game portfolio through the release of Shoot Happens.
The game is set in the jungle where players are tasked with fending off waves of attacks from a range of different monsters.
Each monster has an associated multiplier, starting with x1 and doubling until the player reaches the ‘last boss’, who carries a multiplier of x512.
Each round, players have three arrows to kill the respective monster. If successful, the monster’s multiplier is applied to their bet.
Following each shot, the player has the option to cash out or fire their next arrow in a bid to reach the next round. If unsuccessful after three shots, the player’s win pot is reset and they are returned to the first round.
During the game, the fire shot can randomly trigger which doubles all subsequent rewards until the player loses or cashes out.
If a player reaches the final round and kills the last boss, the boss will resurrect and each time he is subsequently killed by the player they receive a direct win of x512 their stake.
On the game release, Marharyta Yerina, Managing Director of ELA Games, said: ““With Shoot Happens, the team ventured outside of conventional game formats, and we wanted to give players a super engaging experience where they’re in control.
“This title is a bold approach to game design in this industry, as we’re empowering players with choice and enriching the gameplay experience with strong visuals, narratives, and plenty of replayability.”
