Low value symbols come in the form of playing card royals, with Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.25 and x2.5 the player’s bet.
Next up, shovels and gas lanterns represent the medium value symbols, offering between x0.5 and x7.5 the player’s bet.
High value symbols are depicted as money bags and gold-filled mining carts. These symbols can offer between x0.75 and x15 the player’s stake, depending on the number of paying combinations that land on a single spin.
Gold nugget symbols are also available, displaying monetary values that can be collected if the symbols land on the same spin as a special collect prospector symbol. These symbols can both appear on all reels.
Two types of scatters are included, with standard mineshaft scatters able to appear on all reels, triggering the free spins feature if three or more appear on the same spin. Landing three, four or five scatters will award 10, 12 or 15 free spins respectively.
Additionally, golden mineshaft scatters can land on the fifth reel only, causing the super free spins game mode to be triggered if it drops into play alongside two or more standard scatters.

While gold nuggets can be collected by the prospector symbols, these symbols can also collect jackpot values that are revealed by mystery treasure chest symbols that can appear on any reel.
These mystery symbols will only reveal their prize when they appear on the same spin as a prospector, and can reveal either mini (x20), minor (x50), major (x100) and grand (x1,000) jackpot prizes.
Throughout the free spins feature, collecting prospector symbols can cause the feature to be upgraded. Once four prospectors have appeared, 10 additional spins will be awarded with a x2 multiplier for all collect wins.
If another four prospectors appear, then another 10 spins will be awarded while the multiplier increases to x3. Lastly, another four prospectors will provide a final 10 spins with the collect multiplier increasing to x10.
When a collect prospector appears on the reels without any gold nuggets to collect, a feature can randomly occur that causes an abundance of gold nuggets to appear across the board.
Similarly, if an abundance of gold nuggets have appeared on the grid with no prospector to collect them, a random feature can occur causing one reel to respin and reveal a prospector.
In the super free spins game mode triggered by the fifth reel’s super scatter, all gold nugget prizes turn into super gold nugget prizes with enhanced prize values.
