Low value symbols are represented by the high end of a deck of cards, with Jack through to Ace. If the right amount of matching combinations land on a single spin then these symbols can offer between x0.25 and x1.5 the player’s bet.
Next up, maracas, tequila and guitars depict the medium value symbols, offering between x0.25 and x5 the players’ preferred stake.
High value symbols come in the form of a chicken and a man wearing a sombrero. These symbols can offer between x0.5 and x10, depending on the amount of winning combinations that land at once.
This man also works as a wild, substituting for every symbol other than the scatter and the green chilli bonus.
The scatter feature is represented by a woman holding a hand fan. These scatters can only land on reels two, three and four, triggering the free spins feature if three land on a single spin.
Finally, the green chilli bonus symbol can appear on any reel. Landing six or more of these will trigger the hold and win bonus game mode.
THE DETAILS
Landing three scatters will award eight free spins. During this feature, all wilds that appear will remain sticky on the reels and award an additional five free spins if at least one wild appears on all five reels.
With the hold-and-win bonus game, only green chillies can land on the reels with either monetary or jackpot values as three spins are gifted to the player.
The green chillies displaying cash values range from x0.5 to x15 the player’s bet. The jackpot values available on green chillies are mini, minor and major which offer x20, x40 and x100 respectively.
The chillies that triggered the bonus game stay in place and each additional chilli that lands will reset the number of spins to three. Once the spins have been played out in full, the values of all chillies will be added together and provided to the player, including any jackpot prizes.
If players manage to land a green chilli on all 15 cells in the game, they will be awarded the grand jackpot prize of x2,000.
