THE PITCH
Tales of Mithrune Syn’s Fortune is a 5×4 reel slot with 20-paylines and a maximum win of up to x3,000 the player’s wager.
THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols come in the form of the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.05 and x0.4 the player’s wager.
Meanwhile, purple elves, green goblins, blue archers, orange warriors and Syn – a fiery red elf – depict the high value symbols, offering between x0.2 and x5 the player’s chosen bet.
Mithrune scatters can also appear, triggering the free spins feature when three or more drop into play.
Finally, wild W symbols are available, substituting for all symbols other than the Mithrune scatter. Landing three, four or five wilds on a winning payline will provide x0.5, x2 or x5 the player’s stake, respectively.
THE DETAILS
Throughout the base game, Syn sits beside the reel set. On random spins, Syn will choose one random high value symbol – other than his own symbol – to become enhanced.
These enhanced symbols will transform into Syn, the highest-paying symbol, for that spin.
When the free spins game mode is activated, players are taken to a bonus mini-game before the free spins begin to determine how many spins will be awarded, as well as what enhancements will be provided for the feature.
Players are given three spins, represented by three hearts/lives, to spin an empty reel set. In this mini-game, the four high value character symbols other than Syn can appear.
If three of the same character symbols appear throughout the mini-game, they will become enhanced for the eventual free spins, transforming into Syn symbols on every spin.
Additionally, scatters can drop into play during this mini-game, awarding one extra free spin for every three scatters that appear in the mini-game.
Potion bottles can also land on the empty reel set, increasing a multiplier by a value of one, with a maximum multiplier of x10 available.
This multiplier will appear on any Syn symbol that appears in the middle reel throughout the free spins, applying to any wins that are formed with those symbols.
