UK game developer 4ThePlayer.com has embarked on its US venture as the studio’s titles enter the New Jersey market.

Upon gaining the transactional waiver from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, 4ThePlayer will now be eligible to launch an array of its titles into the Garden State.

Chris Ash, Business Development Director of 4ThePlayer.com, said, “We are delighted to be granted our transactional waiver and to be live in the USA.

“This is a milestone for 4ThePlayer and our first step into the exciting US market. We cannot wait for players in New Jersey to enjoy our games and we look forward to further US expansion in additional states soon!”

4ThePlayer can now release its catalogue of titles to licensed operators in a US state for the first time. Furthermore, the studio has confirmed that its debut title in New Jersey will be 9k Yeti – its first ever slot title.

Following the release of 9k Yeti, 4ThePlayer will then proceed to release 6 Wild Sharks and 3 Secret Cities later this month..

These titles will be available for New Jersey players on Gaming Realms’ mobile platform after a distribution deal was agreed between the two companies last year.

This deal comes shortly after Wazdan achieved a similar feat in New Jersey, after receiving a transactional waiver from the New Jersey DGE themselves in May.

4ThePlayer recently expanded their clientbase by agreeing a partnership with SlotTemple allowing hit titles such as 1,2,3 Boom! to be placed in its affiliate’s leaderboard-based competitions.
