Caesars Entertainment is adding a new dynamic to its iGaming platforms with the launch of Remote Reels at Tropicana Atlantic City.
Remote Reels connects players on the Caesars Palace Online Casino platform directly to live slot gameplay from the Tropicana casino floor.
Created in partnership with Awager, a variety of slot machines located inside the 937-square-foot studio at Tropicana are available to players to play remotely on their mobile devices.
Surrounded by glass, the studio features 25 slot machines that allow players to spin the reels on the Caesars Palace Online Casino app in real time, with titles from the likes of Light & Wonder and Aristocrat available.
“We’re proud to be the first online casino operator to have premier titles such as Huff N’ Even More Puff, Mo’ Mummy Valley of Riches, Mo’ Mummy Mighty Pyramid and Buffalo Triple Boost in a remote-to-cabinet play format,” noted Matthew Sunderland, Senior Vice President and Chief iGaming Officer at Caesars Digital.
“The debut of our state-of-the-art Remote Reels studio inside Tropicana Atlantic City is the latest example of the innovation we aim to deliver to our online casino players and represents the perfect blend of the familiar feeling of slot play on a casino floor at one of our Caesars Rewards destinations with a fully mobile experience.”
Joseph Giunta, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Tropicana Atlantic City, stated: “The stunning new Remote Reels studio adds another exciting component to the Tropicana Atlantic City experience for our guests and players.
“We’re proud to showcase this immersive space in the heart of our casino and give our online players the thrill of Atlantic City from the comfort of their own homes.”
Online casino influencer, Slot Hopper, was also present at Tropicana Atlantic City to place the ceremonial first Remote Reels spin via a mobile device, with Caesars offering local media a special look at the new technology.
Roy Greenbaum, Co-Founder & CEO of Awager, added: “We are incredibly proud to partner with Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Digital for the debut of Remote Reels. Bringing land-based play online is at the heart of our mission to deliver a truly authentic, immersive casino experience straight to players’ devices.
“Streaming live from the iconic Tropicana Atlantic City underscores the unique entertainment value we offer our partners. The industry has been waiting for an innovation like this, and we’re proud to launch it with a prominent brand like Caesars.”
Remote Reels’ launch follows Caesars going live last month with Caesars Palace Signature Multihand Blackjack Surrender, its first in-house games studio-developed online casino title.
