Vegangster has called on Cevro AI’s agentic AI to boost its personalised player support.
Through the integration, Vegangster’s operator partners will have access to an “empathic and intelligent” AI agent that can provide players support with issues such as onboarding, payments, bonuses and responsible gaming.
According to Vegangster, this results in faster service, reduced workload for human teams and higher player satisfaction at scale.
