ELA Games is broadening its reach in the Romanian iGaming market through a partnership with MaxBet.
The Flutter Entertainment brand will secure an additional 23 games from the slots supplier for its platform in Romania, including Cash of Gods, Flame Fruits Frenzy and Noble Crown, offering a variety of slots for the operator’s players with different themes and mechanics.
ELA Games’ partnership with MaxBet also sees the studio grow its reach in Romania, the Balkans region and across the European continent.
Peter Vonarshenko, Senior Business Development Manager at ELA Games, stated: “Expanding in a key market is always a step forward. However, for us, what matters most is that more players will get to see our games and the defining style of art and gameplay we’ve built—in this case, Romanian players, who are a valued audience for us.
“Being present in the market means we have gained strong local knowledge, we understand what Romanian players are looking for from their sessions and tailor our titles to those tastes.”
The supplier has been growing in other European markets recently as well. ELA Games reported last month a 201.9% betting volume increase over the last two quarters in Greek iGaming thanks to tailored content and strategic partnerships in the country.
Razvan Ionescu, Head of Casino at MaxBet, added: “At MaxBet, our focus is on delivering the best possible casino experience to our players by partnering with innovative and high-performing content providers.
“ELA Games has built an impressive portfolio that combines engaging gameplay with strong visual appeal, making them a great addition to our platform. We are excited to introduce their games to our players and look forward to building a successful long-term partnership together.”
MaxBet’s parent company Flutter will soon be led by a new Chief Executive Officer, as Dan Taylor, current CEO of Flutter International, will replace Peter Jackson, who is departing as Group CEO at the end of September.
