GR8 Tech has unveiled Lusine Khudaverdyan as its new Head of Casino Business.
Previously with BetConstruct and Endorphina, Khudaverdyan will be tasked with utilising her more than ten years of experience in the iGaming industry to expand GR8 Tech’s product portfolio, improve operational efficiency and achieve new market outreach.
On her new role, Khudaverdyan commented: “I was drawn to GR8 Tech not just for its proven and trusted product, but for the energy and ambition of its people. This is a team that’s truly driven, innovative, and ready to scale.

Khudaverdyan served as the Operations Director for South East Asia at Endorphina during her two years at the company. Previously, she spent ten years at BetConstruct, fulfilling the roles of Project Manager, Business Development Executive, Project Manager and Regional Director during her tenure.
The appointment of Khudaverdyan continues GR8 Tech’s leadership shake-up at an executive level.
In February, the company promoted Kateryna Pozdnysheva to Chief Client Officer, tasking her with using automation technologies and personalisation to deliver for GR8 Tech’s clients.
More recently, Yevhen Krazhan was elevated to the role of Chief Sales Officer. Krazhan joined GR8 Tech as Head of Global Sales in March 2023, before transitioning to the role of Chief Business Development Officer in April last year.
