Hub88 will continue to support its operator partners in deepening their understanding of player behaviours with the launch of its new player analytics tool.

The new tool, which will form part of the operator’s back office, will collate player analytics from various data sources within the operator’s platform and present insights via one central interface.

There are two elements to the player analytics tool: the table view and the player profile. The player profile interface will focus on delivering an overview of different player behaviours, including key performance indicators, gameplay history, supplier activity, devices, currencies, geography and flagged events.

Meanwhile, the table view can be used for filtering players and segmenting audiences via different criteria, including: date, product, country, devices and currency.

Operators will also be able to detect fluctuations in activity, analyse behavioural patterns, forecast player churn and identify any instances of potential fraudulent activity.

Ollie Castleman, Managing Director of Hub88, said: “With high volumes of player activity, modern operators are often overwhelmed by raw data. Player Analytics gives teams the ability to understand player behaviour at both a high level and a more granular level, without relying on manual processes or specialists.

“Operators deserve clarity, speed and actionable insight, and through this new tool, they can make smarter decisions with confidence.”
