Konami Gaming’s Dimension 49 video slot cabinet has placed first in the Top Indexing Cabinet – Portrait for the third consecutive month, according to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming and Fantini Research.
Part of the Dimension series, it features the same standard base design as Konami’s Dimension 49J premium cabinet and includes a 49-inch flat portrait display in 4k ultra-high definition and 27-inch video topper.
“Since Konami Gaming was first founded, core slot entertainment has always been a key focus for our company,” explained Tom Jingoli, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Konami Gaming. “Seeing Dimension 49 consistently topping performance charts is a clear demonstration of the core games product strength, creativity, and quality Konami continues to deliver.”
The cabinet’s debut game series Fortune Mint has appeared in the Eilers-Fantini Central Game Performance Database as well, including as the industry’s fifth highest indexing game in the core category.
Similar to most slot machines in Konami’s Dimension series, the 49 has a silver finish, slant top, dual spin buttons, USB charging port and wireless charging pad.
Its portrait display showcases a large mix of original new series, including Fortune Mint, Guardians, Triple Sparkle, Myth of the Pyramids, Boosted Great Stacks and Jackpot Orbs. Custom end caps, pod fillers, infills, and animated LED overhead signs are also available to accommodate a variety of floor configurations.
“From the latest top-performing linked series to proven standalone games, Dimension 49 is equipped with a highly competitive and exciting content library,” added Jingoli. “Based on all the success seen to date, we aim to expand Dimension 49 and Fortune Mint to as many locations as possible.”
