Yolo Group has appointed Lara Falzon as Chief Executive Officer of its B2B brands, the second C-suite hire made by the company in 2025 so far.
The addition of Falzon follows the appointment of Jean Claude Magri as Chief Financial Officer at the beginning of the year.
Most recently working as CEO of AvatarUX, and with past experience with the likes of Bragg Gaming, NetEnt, Evoke Gaming and Red Tiger Gaming, Falzon brings more than 10 years of leadership expertise to Yolo.
Thrilled to be joining the company, Falzon said on her appointment: “As proven by its success so far this year, there is enormous potential for innovation, strengthening partnerships and scaling across global markets.
“I look forward to working alongside Yolo’s exceptionally talented team to achieve our shared goals.”
Falzon will be in charge of achieving sustained global growth for Yolo’s B2B products – aggregation platform Hub88, live casino provider Live88, Odds88 and OneTouch – using investment, technology and partnerships to assist in the growth of the company’s online casino and sports betting operations.
“Lara brings exceptional industry insight gained over many years, along with a track record of delivering impressive results. I am delighted to hand over the baton to such a strong leader,” noted Jose Micallef, CEO at Yolo Group Middle East.
“Lara’s leadership is exactly what is needed for Yolo Group’s continued successful expansion and will ensure the delivery of next-generation solutions that fuel the success of our partners.”
Insights into the latest Hub88 and Live88 developments were given earlier this year by Yolo’s Head of Sales & Business Development, Natasha Giorgio, as well as the strategies that continue to drive things forward.
Giorgio delved into the likes of Motion Roulette and Triton Multiplier during her interview with iGaming Expert, as well as UI customisation, a unified system for paperwork and improved tracking of payment and player performance.
Giorgio commented: “It gives them more personalisation and that’s what it’s about. Ultimately, at the end of the day. The whole change was to be in a position to actually tailor more towards the Asian audiences.
“Our research was indicating what players like, so this is why we had the UI update on this level, so we can give that audience the opportunity to personalise it to be more within their player preference.”
