New plans have been released by Microgaming which show details of their latest drop of new exclusive games.
Throughout January, Microgaming will be launching a number of new games, developed by their roster of independent studios and game development partners.
With the new year beginning with their first game of the month, Microgaming will be making a trip to Egypt with the release of Book of Atem. With this one being developed by All41 Studios, players will have the ability to unlock the mysteries of the pharaohs.
The game is a five-reel, 10-payline slot which features free spins with expanding symbols. The magical book symbol acts as both a wild and scatter in this game, where it offers win potential up to 5,000x the initial bet. With classic Egyptian music and graphics, Book of Atem reveals its ancient secrets on 7 January.
The next game which will be available is Double Lucky Line by Just For The Win. This will feature vivid visuals and a feast of features. While being set to launch exclusively to Microgaming operators on 14 January, this five-reel, 17-payline slot is home to several double symbols, including pairs of dragons, frogs and turtles.
The Double Lucky Line feature, which has continued to be ever-present, is a feature which ensures that only double symbols land on the centre reel, thereby optimising win potential during normal gameplay.
Rounding off the game’s features are Random Wilds and free spins, with Lucky Wilds awarding further free spins and unlocking extra double symbol positions throughout the reel set.
Triple Edge Studios are taking players on a safari in the next new release under the name of African Quest. With this five-by-four reel slot including Hyperspins, Microgaming’s strategically paid respin mechanic previously featured in Break da Bank Again Respin.
Players are able to join the search for Kubwa on 21 January, the high-paying stacked lion symbol who is ready to roar out majestic rewards. During the free spins which are up for grabs, the wild symbol awards a multiplier which can potentially result in up to a 64x multiplier if more than one multiplier lands.
The fourth release from Microgaming in January is The Incredible Balloon Machine by Crazy Tooth Studios.
