Gragg Gaming Group company ORYX Gaming has revealed that its RGS slots content and iGaming Platform has been adapted to ensure that the firm is fully compliant with Germany’s new transition period guidelines, ahead of the official market opening in 2021.

As a result ORYX Gamings RGS partners, which include GAMOMAT, Kalamba Games, Giveme Games, Golden Hero and Peter & Sons, will have new regulations implemented such as five-second spin intervals, maximum stake limits, along with the removal of autoplay and progressive jackpots.

Matevz Mazij, Managing Director of ORYX Gaming, commented: “Compliance, regulation and responsible gambling sits at the center of our core product offering and this is why we are amongst the first suppliers in the German market to have our platform and a sizeable proportion of our content fully compliant with the German transition period guidelines.

“We look forward to using our collected experience and understanding of the German regulation requirements and working together with our partners to help them further outperform in this exciting and growing market.”

Moreover, other regulations such as reality check functionality, max win and monthly deposit caps have been introduced as the German market looks to promote social responsibility and minimise gambling-related harm in the country.

ORYX Gaming has been licensed in the German market, via Schleswig Holstein, since 2013 with the iGaming platform and content delivery service partnering with such as OnlineCasino Deutschland and Hyperino.

Under the new regulatory backdrop ORYX has highlighted that the firm ‘looks forward to future development of the market’ with the country’s gambling regulation going through a major reform.
