The Gaming Laboratories International has granted its RNG certification to Argentine slot developer Vibra Gaming.
Described as a ‘thorough and demanding process’ by the Argentine developer, the RNG certification focuses on the Random Number Generator in Vibra’s slot titles. Furthermore, the analysis of the RNG guarantees that drawings are reliable for any platform.
The Lottery of the City of Buenos Aires has recently authorised operators to make use of the online gaming modality, and Vibra has become the first Argentine content developer to be approved for online gaming thanks to certificate obtained from GLI.
“We are very grateful to Vibra Gaming for the trust they have placed in GLI for this important step toward their expansion in Latin America,” explained Karen Sierra-Hughes, GLI’s vice president for Latin America and the Caribbean.
“The certification process led by Ramiro Atucha and Marcelo Blanco [Vibra Gaming CTO] was completed successfully and quickly, assuring the compliance with the requirements set forth by the Lottery of the City of Buenos Aires.
“We appreciate the energy devoted by Vibra Gaming to allocate its resources for the purpose of accessing the jurisdiction, thus supporting the development of this new online gaming industry, as well as the efforts being made by the regulator to start the operations at a short term.”
The certification was noted as a ‘vital step’ for Vibra’s games to be made available for distribution by operators and in jurisdictions requiring the GLI’s level of technical standards and compliance.
