SOFTSWISS has expanded its casino platform segmentation feature by improving its personalised campaign service for its partnered operators.
As a standalone service, operators will be able to group players for personalised campaigns, automate actions and improve player engagement with the segmentation feature, with 99.5% of player events delivered in real time according to the company’s internal data.
Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, stated: “Real-time segmentation is the difference between generic campaigns and personalised experiences.
“With the segmentor, we build dynamic player groups that automatically adjust to behaviour – so operators can localise messaging and offers for thousands of players simultaneously. This eliminates delays and transforms campaigns from one-size-fits-all to truly targeted.”
Measurements that can be used to segment players include deposit activity, betting behaviour, loyalty data, tags, payment methods, sportsbook activity and more. Multiple filters can also be combined for more detailed player groups for retention and engagement campaigns.
Player lists also refresh automatically as conditions change, removing manual recalculation or waiting periods and allowing brands to respond more quickly to player behaviour.

SOFTSWISS noted that the segmentation can be used in multiple tools and workflows on the casino platform, including bonus campaigns, tournaments and lotteries, referral systems, payment scenarios and motion automation workflows, as well as on its sportsbook.
Earlier this year, SOFTSWISS launched two new tournament features for its Game Aggregator – the Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments – to assist operators further with their campaigns.
Khoren Ispiryan, Senior Business Development Manager at SOFTSWISS, commented: “Tournaments are one of the strongest engagement tools we offer, but running them well means knowing exactly what each campaign delivers.
“In our Tournaments Report feature, we focused on complete performance visibility. Teams can quickly see which tournament formats actually drive engagement and revenue to use that insight right away.”
Instant Tournaments offers ‘a new mechanic where players race to hit a target multiplier instead of collecting points over time’, with the winner being the first to reach it.
Meanwhile, Tournaments Report consolidates key metrics into a single view, allowing operators to ‘compare campaigns, understand player behaviour and adjust strategies without switching between tools’.
