Vegangster has boosted its customer support capabilities with the launch of Hubster AI, a conversational assistant powered by artificial intelligence.
The new feature has been rolled out by Vegangster AI to assist its clients with queries related to issues such as player account management, bonus and promotion setup and CRM workflows.
Vegangster noted that the service is available 24/7 and provides structured, step-by-step guidance. This instant nature, the platform provider said, overcomes barriers presented by more traditional support models such as account manager availability and ticket queues.
Tatjana Danevica, Product Operations Specialist at Vegangster, commented: “My idea is to make complex things simple. Operators should not deeply need technical expertise or constant support interaction to launch and manage a brand. Hubster AI turns platform knowledge into an always-available guide, removing friction and allowing teams to move.”
The launch of Hubster AI continues Vegangster’s push to scale its use of AI within its services.
In November 2025, the firm announced a partnership with Cevro AI to embed Cevro’s ‘empathetic and intelligent’ AI agents into its ecosystem.
The integration allows Vegangster’s partners to provide 24/7 personalised player support through agents that can provide assistance across onboarding and account questions, as well as payments, bonuses and responsible gaming.
Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster, said at the time of the announcement: “We build our platform to give operators the sharpest tools to launch quickly and scale with confidence. Partnering with Cevro AI means our clients can now provide round-the-clock support that is both personal and efficient, without increasing headcount.”
Outside of support systems, be it for player or operator, Vegangster has looked to boost its content offering through the release of a fully integrated lootbox mechanic – taking inspiration from video games.
