Vegangster has stepped up its integration of AI within its platform through the integration of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
MCP is the definition released by the AI developer Anthropic to describe the way AI agents can understand context, retrieve data and perform action across exterior applications.
According to Vegangster, within iGaming, the company’s partners will be able to utilise the MCP integration to allow AI to answer customer queries and aid data analysis.
Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster, described the integration as opening the door to ‘entirely new ways of operating’.
“AI agents interacting with the platform mark a fundamental shift. What we are seeing now are just the most obvious use cases,” he said.
“The real value of MCP is in its flexibility. This opens the door to entirely new ways of operating and building on top of the platform. We are proud to be the first to bring this to iGaming.”
According to Vegangster, the integration is currently in beta. However, wider availability is planned in the near future.
