Vegangster has enhanced its operator game recommendation feature on its iGaming platform through an integration of ZingBrain AI’s smart lobby personalisation.
ZingBrain AI is an AI performance platform that provides the iGaming industry with smart lobby personalisation, player analytics, and other data points for online casinos and sportsbooks.
Casino lobbies powered by Vegangster will now gain access to AI-driven recommendations tailored to each player’s preferences, with personalised sections directing to other titles such as ‘Picked for You’, ‘Because You Like…’ and ‘Try Other Games With Similar Mechanics’. Recommendations can also be visible on the Vegangster Scroll & Play feed.
Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster, commented: “ZingBrain works hand in hand with our own Scroll & Play feed: the engine decides which games are right for each player, and Scroll & Play puts them in front of them as gameplay clips they can watch and jump straight into.”
ZingBrain AI has stated that smart lobby personalisation can deliver a 5%–15% GGR and turnover increase, with 10%–15% more games played and a 5%–10% increase in player active days, in addition to reducing lobby management time by 80%.
Vegangster noted that the integration will help players see ‘fresh titles with similar mechanics instead of the same generic top grid’, even after a break from the platform, while operators can ‘stop curating lobby positions by hand’ with new titles reaching players most likely to enjoy them from day one.
ZingBrain AI added that the engine can also help to optimise operator costs, as it allows priority levels to be set on suppliers and games based on deals or new launches.
According to A/B tests by the provider across four brands, this redirected ‘up to 20% of turnover and GGR to more profitable titles, with no drop in player performance’.
