Wazdan is expanding its Multidrop network promotion to cover 16 different countries as part of its online strategy.
Multidrop is now available to the supplier’s operator partners in regulated markets such as the UK, Italy and Ontario, and is designed to achieve long-term operator growth and player retention.
The service is integrated seamlessly with no additional technical undertaking needed by the operator, with instant in-game rewards fully funded by Wazdan.
To promote game visibility and brand recognition, Multidrop also supports its operating partners with joint marketing communications.
According to Wazdan, operators who have participated so far have reported an average GGR increase of 65.09%.
“We are incredibly proud of the measurable success Multidrop has delivered, reinforcing our commitment to online gaining,” commented Andrzej Hyla, Chief Commercial Officer at Wazdan.
“As a fully-supported and zero-cost solution that continues to exceed expectations, it is a perfect example of how we collaborate with operators to drive sustainable results.”
Back in June, when Multidrop first went live, Izabela Slodkowska-Popiel, Head of Account Management for North America and Latin America at Wazdan, provided iGaming Expert with a deep dive into the promotion itself.
When asked why network promotions are so crucial for operators right now, Slodkowska-Popiel responded: “Right now, operators are facing significant pressure. Acquiring new players has become more expensive, making it essential to keep existing players active and engaged. Promotions are designed to address this challenge.
“They help re-engage dormant users, build loyalty and enhance overall engagement, all without increasing the operator’s workload. We have seen impressive results from previous campaigns, including a 265% increase in bet sums and a 163% rise in unique active players.
“Additionally, since we cover all costs and manage the technical aspects, it is a win-win situation for operators.”
Wazdan also uses its own technology for Multidrop to make sure the promotion is as seamless as possible for the operator.
Slodkowska-Popiel added: “They are based on HTML5, ensuring they are cross-platform compatible and hosted on our own, in-house servers. This setup means operators do not need to worry about performance issues or downtime.
“Integration is simple and efficient through our API, and we are ISO-certified, ensuring that all processes are secure and compliant.”
