Low value symbols are depicted as the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. These symbols can offer between x0.25 and x7.5 the player’s stake, depending on the number of winning combinations that land on a single spin.
Moving up the paytable, skulls represent the high value symbols for this title. If the right number of paying combinations land in one go, these symbols can offer between x0.1 and x12.5 the player’s preferred wager.
Wild guitar symbols are also available, substituting for all symbols other than the three bonus scatters. Landing two, three, four or five wilds in a winning combination will provide payouts of x0.1, x3, x10 or x25 the player’s bet respectively.
Finally, the game has three scatter symbols which all trigger different bonus game modes if three or more identical scatters appear on the same turn. These scatters are depicted as a skull basket, a female or male skeleton.
THE DETAILS
Looking into the game’s bonus features, landing three skull basket scatters on the same spin will activate the ‘Ofrenda’ bonus game. This allows players to pick from the three scatters that dropped into play as they all hide multipliers behind them.
After players select one of the three scatters, the multiplier that is revealed will be applied to the player’s chosen stake.
When three female skeleton scatters appear across reels two, three and four, players are taken to the ‘Catrina’ bonus feature. This spins through several multipliers ranging from x50 to x500, awarding one to be applied to the player’s bet.
Finally, three male skeleton scatters on the same spin will activate the ‘El Camino De Los Muertos’ bonus game. This bonus works as a trail game, with players spinning a wheel on each turn to reveal the number of steps they take across a multiplier path.
The further the player gets up the path, the higher the awarded multiplier will be. Players will be able to continue spinning the wheel on each position until the wheel marker lands on the ‘collect’ section, providing players with the multiplier placed on the player’s current trail position.
