THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols are depicted by playing card royals, with Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces. These symbols can offer between x0.25 and x1.25 the player’s bet, depending on the number of paying combinations that land on a single spin.
Meanwhile, precious gems, steering wheels, pistols and whiskey bottles represent the high value symbols, providing wins between x0.75 and x7.5 the player’s preferred stake.
Bar scatters can drop into play on reels one, three and five, triggering the money respins feature when three land on the same spin.
Special gold coins can appear on the fifth reel, performing a special wild collect feature each time they drop into play.
Red Beard pirate wilds are also available, substituting for all symbols other than bar scatters and special gold coins. Landing three, four or five wilds on a winning payline will award x6.25, x10 or x20 the player’s bet, respectively.
THE DETAILS
The game has two modes that switch every 15 to 23 spins, with a day mode and a night mode. During the day mode, pirate wilds appear in stacks, while the night mode causes a special wild collect feature to occur.
Every wild that appears during the night mode will stay sticky on the reels until either the game switches back to day mode or a special gold coin appears, collecting all the wild symbols in a meter above the reel set.
Once this meter reaches eight wild symbols, a prize worth x5.5 the player’s bet will be awarded.
If more than one but less than eight wilds have been collected and the game switches to day mode, the meter will not reset to zero but will remain until the game switches back to night mode, saving the player’s progress.
In the money respins, players are taken to an empty 5×4 reel set where gold coins displaying monetary prizes can drop into play. Players are given 10 spins to land as many coins on the screen as possible.
Additionally, treasure chest symbols can appear, applying a x2 multiplier to any coins that landed on its row. Up to five chests can appear in one money respins game mode.
When the feature draws to a close, players receive the accumulated value of all coins that appeared throughout the 10 spins.
