Wazdan has expanded its footprint in the industry by entering the Romanian market after the slot producer gained a receipt of certification to deliver 30 of its games to players and casino partners.
The company secured their certification at the start of the month, which allowed them to step into the regulated market of Romania, marked the sixth European market now open to Wazdan, with the UK, Sweden, Malta, Lithuania and Latvia all now secured.
On the latest expansion, Andrzej Hyla, head of sales at Wazdan said: “Receiving certification in Romania is a big win for Wazdan, allowing us to support our partners better and expand our footprint across Europe.
“We are delighted to offer to Romanian players and operators our pick of the top 30 best Wazdan games to mark this new market and set the foundations for strong relationships to come.”
Operators in Romania can now access every Wazdan game which will be available through direct integrations as well as aggregators such as Playtech, iSoftBet or EveryMatrix.
This latest expansion continues a busy month for Wazadan after it rolled-out its new partnership with slots provider MrSlotty at the start of March to enhance its global igaming reach.
Under the terms of the deal, which saw the firm’s title brought to a variety of casino partners across Europe and Asia, MrSlotty gained access to a range of Wazdan content, including 9 Lions, Magic Star 3, Magic Target Deluxe, Great Book of Magic Deluxe, Larry the Leprechaun, Valhalla and Los Muertos.
Wazdan hopes to confirm market access to Denmark, Portugal and Spain with certification “expected” to be released later this month.
