Gold Rush: River Treasure has a Safe Zone feature. As players explore the grid, every gold nugget they uncover pushes them closer to key milestones shown on a progress bar. Once a safe zone is reached, all winnings up to that point are locked in and protected, even if a dynamite tile is triggered later in the round.
Unlike most crash games, one wrong move doesn’t wipe out the entire prize – only the winnings collected after the last checkpoint.
The title also has a risk level adjustment feature, which allows players to choose the number of dynamite tiles on the reels. The number of dynamite tiles set by the player before the game begins influences both the overall volatility and the payout potential.
