Low value symbols are represented by playing card royals, with Jack through to Ace. If the right amount of matching combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.25 and x5 the player’s bet.
Three different coloured football shirts that represent Maradona’s most famous clubs depict the medium value symbols, with blue and yellow for Boca Juniors, blue and red for Barcelona and light blue for Napoli. If the right amount of winning combinations land at once, these symbols can offer between x0.25 and x10 the player’s bet.
The highest-paying symbol is depicted as another football shirt, this time representing Argentina with a light blue and white strip, offering between x0.5 and x40.
Wild text symbols can also land on the reels, substituting for all symbols other than maradona scatters and trophy cash symbols.
Maradona himself represents the scatter symbol, triggering the free spins feature if three scatters land on reels two, three and four on the same spin.
Finally, cash value trophy symbols are available, displaying monetary cash values that can be collected if a D10S symbol lands on the fifth reel to trigger one of four special features.
THE DETAILS
When a D10S symbol lands on the fifth reel, it will expand to reveal one of four Maradona pictures, representing the three clubs and Argentina.
If Barcelona Maradona appears, all cash values on the board will be collected, whereas Napoli Maradona will award all cash values while adding an extra cash boost to the payout.
If Maradona appears in Boca Junior colours, a free respin will be gifted with all cash values staying sticky on the reels. If any additional cash values drop in around these symbols another respin will occur. Once no more respins can be gifted, the sum of all cash values will be awarded.
When the D10S symbol reveals an Argentina-playing Maradona, all cash values will be collected and enhanced by a multiplier of up to x5.
If three scatters land to trigger the free spins bonus game mode, 10 spins are awarded to the player. The cash collecting features stay active for these spins, however any cash values that appear without a D10S symbol on the fifth reel will be attributed to a collection above the reels that can eventually be obtained if a D10S appears on another free spin.
With every free spins feature, the final spin will guarantee a D10S maradona symbol to collect the value of all cash value symbols obtained throughout the duration of the game mode.
