Players face the perilous traps of the spirit of Mayan Snake God, Quetzalcoatl, which has protected the ancient city of Coba for thousands of years in Elk Studios’ latest adventure.
Coba is a 7×7, cluster-pays video slot that comes with a snake metre, an eat and grow feature, wild multipliers and a max win of x25,000 the bet.
95 per cent
Symbols in the game include three different coloured low-paying tokens, each displaying a carving of a different animal. These pay out x0.10 to x10 the bet for clusters of five or more-of-a-kind. High-pays, on the other hand, appear in the form of three gems and a golden token, offering x0.3 to x500 the bet for five or more-of-a-kind.
Moving onto special icons, wilds substitute for all regular-pays to help form winning combinations, and can come with increasing multipliers.
Starting with the snake metre, every win counts towards a level up with more snakes entering the grid. Level one releases one snake, level two releases two snakes, and level three releases three snakes. At the highest level four, six snakes enter the grid at the same time.
Meanwhile, the eat and grow feature sees snakes eat symbols of the same colour to grow in length for even larger cluster wins.
Lastly, snakes moving across each other leave a x2 wild, which doubles in value with each crossing. All multipliers in a cluster win are multiplied by each other.
