While preparing for a week of tube station surfing and red bus-riding, we spoke to a number of slot industry delegates heading to the ExCel centre this week for the latest ICE London.

In our most recent ICE feature, we questioned Lara Falzon, President and COO of Bragg Gaming Group, the company’s outlook for the event and what it has in store for its exhibitors.

With the event returning to its full size and February slot following last year’s slightly muted April affair, what are you looking forward to most at this year’s ICE?

It’s going to be fantastic to see the whole industry back at the big event again for the first time since before the pandemic. It’s always great to see familiar faces and meet the new ones too – as usual it’s going to be the perfect opportunity to show the industry the latest from Bragg Gaming and show them how our content and services can help drive revenue, and secure and retain more players.

Do you think the industry is in better shape now because of the challenges previously faced?

We’re definitely more agile as a result of the last few years’ challenges. I think we’ve illustrated our collective resilience and ability to think on our feet. Not only can we be proactive and stay ahead of the curve but we can also react quickly and efficiently to whatever gets unexpectedly thrown at us. The fact that we’ll be back at ICE wiser and stronger is a good barometer.

What do you intend to showcase at ICE London 2023?

We’ll be presenting our latest content roadmap which includes games from the new proprietary studios we launched last year, such as Golden Avalanche from Indigo Magic and Happy Lucky from Atomic Slot Lab.

We also have many exclusive titles from our trusted partners such as Gamomat, Bluberi, Blue Guru and King Show Games. All of these studios build games on Bragg’s RGS technology and will be available to enrich the slots portfolios of our customers.

We’ll also be showing the latest from our Fuze promotional toolset, which now works across both casino and sports betting verticals, as well as our full turnkey solution which includes the Bragg PAM and managed services.
