Beasts of Fire Inferno is a 5×4 reel slot with 1,024 paylines, 3,125 paylines during free spins and a maximum win of x50,000 the player’s stake.
SYMBOLS
Playing cards 10 through ace are the title’s low-value symbols, offering between x0.1 and x1.6 the player’s bet, depending on the combination of symbols which land on the reels following a single spin.
A raccoon, an eagle, a cougar and a bear are the game’s medium-value symbols, offering between x0.6 and x4 the player’s wager, depending on the combination of symbols that are present on the reels after a spin.
Buffalo and fire beasts are the title’s high-value symbols, but they only appear in the base game and free spins mode, respectively. Buffalo offers between x0.4 and x8 the player’s stake, while fire beasts offers between x0.8 and x16 the player’s bet.
The wild symbol substitutes for all other symbols except for the fire ball, buffalo relic and bonus inferno coins. Buffalo relic symbols can only appear on reel three and it triggers the inferno storm.
DETAILS
The inferno core collects bonus inferno coins every time they land on the reels. These coins can either be a reward boost multiplier of x1-x5 during the hold n’ load feature, a power boost of either mini x10, minor x25, major x250 and grand x1,000 multipliers during the hold n’ load feature, or a mystery which reveals either the reward or power boost.
The hold n’ load feature can be triggered at random in the base game or when a bonus inferno coin is collected. During the feature, only coins can land and remain sticky on the reels.
The mode begins with three respins. Whenever a new coin lands, the respins resets to three. Coins that land on locked rows or are activated when the rows are unlocked do not reset the respins counter.
If the player lands the grand power coin on the reels, or fills the reels with symbols, are awarded the grand multiplier award. The feature continues until all respins have been used.
When the feature begins, rows five through eight are locked. When three, 10, 15 and 20 coins are collected, a new row is unlocked. Coins that land on locked rows or are activated when rows are unlocked do not count towards the coin total to unlock rows.
Three to five x2 multipliers can randomly appear and stick to any symbol position. Once a symbol has one of these multipliers, no other multipliers can be added to it. These multipliers can apply to reward and power boost coins when they appear on the same position.
Inferno storm is triggered when the buffalo relic lands on reel three. Three to 20 fire frames randomly appear on the reels, transforming symbols into one of the beast symbols.
The fire ball scatter can land on reels two through four. Landing three of these symbols will trigger the fire free spins mode, awarding eight free spins to the player. All buffaloes become fire beasts during this mode and one row is added to the reels. Each additional scatter which lands adds an additional spin to the free spins counter, up to 47.
The buffalo relic can land on any spin during free spins, triggering the inferno storm that creates one to four fire frames that stick on the reels. At the end of the free spins, the fire frames are transformed into one of the beast symbols.
WHAT THEY SAY
Magnus Wallentin, Games Ambassador at Play’n GO said: “The strongest game characters have a role to play beyond their appearance. The Fire Beast has that connection here: during Fire Free Spins, Buffalo symbols take its form as the reel layout expands.
“For me, that transformation is the moment that brings Beasts of Fire Inferno together – a frozen wilderness overtaken by fire, with its signature creature becoming part of the action.”
