Evolution is preparing to host Game Night to close out the year, pitched as the ‘largest game show in the history of online casino’, building on strong third-quarter financial performance in its live and RNG segments.
Game Night will be the latest title in collaboration with Hasbro, described by the iGaming supplier’s Chief Executive Officer Martin Carlesund as ‘exceptional in both size and features, supporting our agenda to win the players’ trust over the next decade by delivering the world’s most entertaining content’.
The title will be launched before the end of the year, with another game to go live before year’s end as well in Ice Fishing.
These titles follow other games that went live during Q3, including Monopoly Roll’em and Disco Balls, as well as the introduction of the US-focused slots brand Spinning Whale, which will distribute its first title in November via One Stop Shop, further catering to US players’ preferences.
Carlesund stated during Evolution’s Q3 earnings call: “Looking ahead, I want to highlight one title under our Hasbro partnership that will be launched very soon: Game Night.
“It will feature a huge money wheel and five bonus games inspired by Hasbro classics such as Hungry Hippos and Connect Four. It will be the largest game show in the history of online casino and a truly spectacular game. Very much look forward to that release.”
Both Live and RNG reported year-on-year growth. Live rose by 2.6% to €433m (Q3 2025: €431.7m), while RNG increased by 10.1% to €83.1m (Q3 2025: €75.5m). For the remainder of the year, the supplier is targeting growth at least in line with the market in its regions for both verticals.
Overall, Evolution reported net revenues growing by 3.7% YoY to €526.1m (Q3 2025: €507.1m), adjusted EBITDA increasing by 2.7% to €345.9m (Q3 2025: €336.9m), corresponding to a margin of 65.8% (Q3 2025: 66.4%), while profit amounted to €243.3m (Q3 2025: €252.3m). Total cash stands at €656.4m, while total equity stands at €3.6bn.
However, the supplier also reflected on the recent developments in Brazil, with Carlesund mentioning during the call that he was ‘flabbergasted’ by President Lula’s betting ban.
