THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols come in the form of the high end of a deck of cards, from 10 through to Ace. If the right number of winning combinations land on a single spin, these symbols can offer between x0.1 and x0.5 the player’s wager.
Guitars, drumkits and Dr. Rock himself represent the high value symbols, offering between x0.5 and x3 the player’s preferred wager.
Scatters depicting ‘let’s rock’ can also appear, triggering eight free spins in the high-voltage game mode when three land at once.
Finally, electric wild symbols are available, substituting for all symbols other than the scatter, while also awarding an instant payout of x4 if five land in a winning combination.
THE DETAILS
Throughout the game, landing multiple identical symbols across the same reels in winning combinations will cause the payout to be multiplied by the number of symbols on each reel.
This multiplier is worked out by multiplying the number of identical symbols available together, from the leftmost reel to the rightmost.
For example, landing two Aces on reel one, three Aces on reel two and two Aces across reel three will multiply the payout by x12, as 2 x 3 x 2 = 12.
Additionally, each matching combination will cause cascading wins to occur, removing winning symbols after they have provided their payout to allow new symbols to drop in and increase the win potential.
On every spin, a power chord feature occurs, causing one cell to gain a golden frame. If a winning combination occurs using the symbol within the chosen cell, the respective multipliers for the win are increased.
With the overriding coil feature, each cascading win that occurs will collect the multiplier achieved and add it to a meter above the reel. This meter will stay active until the cascading wins stop and the next spin is triggered.
During the free spins, the overriding coil multiplier meters for each reel will not reset.
