Transporting players back to the 80s, Lucksome’s latest retro slot release introduces players to a new mechanic in Miami Cash FatStacks.

Out now

Miami Cash FatStacks is a 6×4 reel slot with one million ways to win and a maximum win of up to x15,000 the player’s wager.

96.11 per cent

Low value symbols are represented by Xs, cherries, bars and bells. These symbols can offer between x0.1 and x3 the player’s stake, depending on the number of paying combinations that land on a single spin.

Next up, four different varieties of lucky sevens depict the medium value symbols, with silver, purple, blue and red sevens available. If the right number of winning combinations land on one go, these sevens can provide between x0.5 and x10 the chosen bet.

High value symbols come in the form of diamonds, offering between x0.5 and x30 the player’s preferred wager.

Lucksome’s proprietary Luxpots mechanic is used in this slot, meaning that Luxpot symbols can appear on the reels to award instant prizes when at least three appear on the same spin. These Luxpot prizes range from x1 for one Luxpot to x2,000 for 10 Luxpots.

Additionally, Luxpot bonus symbols can appear as silver Luxpots. These bonus Luxpot symbols will trigger the free spins feature if four land on the same turn.

Alternatively, landing one bonus Luxpot with six standard Luxpots will also provide access to the free spins, while two bonus Luxpots with four standard ones and three bonus with two standard Luxpots will also trigger the free spins.

Finally, wild text symbols are available, substituting for all symbols other than the Luxpots.

With the game’s FatStacks mechanic, two or more identical symbols that appear on the same reel will combine on the lowest available symbol to make double or triple-stacked symbols.

These symbols will then create more ways to win as they act as two or three symbols when forming payline wins.

After merging together on the bottom-most symbol, gaps will appear across the reels where the merged symbols moved from. These gaps will then be filled by new symbols which drop in to further increase the win potential.

The game also uses cascading wins throughout, with symbols in winning combinations disappearing after providing their payouts to make way for new symbols.

When activating the free spins feature, players are presented with a grid of question marks to select from. In this grid, players must match three free spins values to find out how many turns they will get in the free spins game mode, with 10, 12, 20 and 25 available.

Furthermore, each Luxpot symbol that appears throughout both the base and bonus game modes has the ability to present modifiers before turning into a standard Luxpot symbol.

These Luxpot features include:

  • Shuffle, which randomly increase the player’s Luxpot prize table position for that spin
  • Upgrade, upgrading all Luxpot prize table values from one rung to the next
  • Transform, transforming a random number of symbols on the reels into Luxpots
  • Merge, merging two prize rungs together to award greater prizes
  • Platinum upgrades, upgrading the entire prize table to contain more valuable prizes

Furthermore, players can buy access to three different levels of free spins game modes, each with different volatility levels and bonus features, for the prices of x60, x100 and x300 their preferred stake.
