THE SYMBOLS
Low value symbols come in the form of the high end of a deck of cards, from nine through to Ace. These symbols can offer between x0.1 and x1 the player’s wager, depending on the number of matching combinations that land on a single spin.
Meanwhile, blood samples, vials, gas masks, blood bags and female scientists depict the high value symbols, providing wins between x0.5 and x5 the player’s stake.
Biohazard scatter symbols can also drop into play, triggering 15 free spins when three land on the same turn. Any additional scatters that land beyond the initial three will award two extra spins each.
Male scientists are available on reels two and four, acting as wild symbols that expand across full reels when they drop into play, substituting for all symbols other than the biohazard scatters.
THE DETAILS
This game uses cascading wins, causing winning symbols to disappear after providing their payout prizes. New symbols can then drop in from the top of the reel set to fill the gaps on the board in a cascading fashion.
Each expanding wild symbol that appears will expand to reveal three multiplier prizes, with five different ranges of multipliers able to appear across the wilds.
The arranged multipliers that appear on the wilds can be:
- x1, x2 and x3
- x2, x3 and x5
- x3, x5 and x12
- x5, x10 and x15
- x10, x15 and x25
When a win occurs using these expanded wild symbols, its lowest multiplier will be applied to the initial win. Then, if any subsequent wins occur after the initial win’s symbols disappear, the next highest multiplier will be applied. This can be repeated until the largest multiplier is applied.
Once all three multipliers have been applied, the wild will take part in the next cascade, disappearing from the reels to allow new symbols to drop in.
During the free spins feature, any multipliers that are activated from expanded wilds will remain active throughout the free spins game mode.
