7777 Gaming has broadened its distribution in the Romanian market after announcing that an additional 20 slots have been approved by the nation’s regulator.

Having initially certified a batch of over 50 slot releases for the eastern European country back in March, 7777 has now brought its Romanian offering to more than 70 titles as the most recent selection aims to ‘significantly increase player engagement and retention rates for Romanian online operators’.

Larisa Karaboycheva, Account Manager at 7777 Gaming, commented: “Expanding our product portfolio in the Romanian market is a significant testament to our agility and strong positioning as a company.

“With over 70 games on offer to online operators, we are fully prepared to cater to leading brands and provide a heightened level of entertainment for their players. Our experience in the CEC region works in our favour, and we are confident that it will drive our expansion roadmap in the market.”

The new batch of 7777 games to be certified for Romania encompasses the company’s four online casino concepts – slots, instant win, Exclusive and Contemporary – with the studio suggesting that ‘each concept corresponds to a certain audience, to attract, convert and retain certain types of players’.

Expanding its Romanian offering is one of the latest moves to come under the regime of 7777’s recently appointed CEO Mitko Mitev, who has brought a wealth of experience to the role with previous appointments at NetEnt and Evolution.
