BetGames lauded the success of its debut crash game Skyward in the African market after partnering with Betway and Hollywoodbets to bring the title to South Africa.
Having introduced Skyward towards the end of last year and bringing the title to the continent via Betway Africa, BetGames has launched a bid to follow the game’s ‘overwhelming response’ by introducing it to South African players via the operator.
This Betway deal has also been accompanied by the studio’s partnership with Hollywoodbets to reach the South African market, with both deals already said to be producing ‘very encouraging results’.
Each of BetGames’ African partners was able to showcase their own version of the Skyward crash game, with the studio implementing bespoke branding for each operator into the game.
James Everett, VP for Africa and LatAm at BetGames, commented: “As we continue to witness the rapid adoption of Skyward in Africa, particularly in the competitive South African market, we are thrilled by the enthusiastic response from players.
“With more South African operators set to join the Skyward family, we anticipate continued success and growth in the region.”
Aiming to build on Skyward’s positive reception, BetGames has announced plans to release three roulette games across 2024, as well as three blackjack table games.
