Habanero has expanded its reach across Europe, as the slots and table games provider is set to enter Denmark after securing a licence for the region.

With the certification, Habanero can now supply its games to operators in the Scandinavian country’s iGaming market.

“We are thrilled to gain our third licence of the year, this time in Denmark,” commented Arcangelo Lonoce, Head of Business Development at Habanero.

“A market that has continued to progress in Europe, we are confident that our diverse portfolio of games will continue to resonate well with the ever-changing player demographic across the country.”

With the Danish licence approval, Habanero titles that will be available to operators in the country include Totem Towers, Jump and Hyper Hues – a 5×4 reel slot with 50-paylines that was released earlier this year in January.

Commenting on the release of Hyper Hues, Toni Karapetrov, Head of Corporate Communications at Habanero, said: “Hyper Hues is a colourful addition to our portfolio, combining dazzling visuals with exciting features that keep players entertained on every spin.

“At Habanero, we are dedicated to crafting games that captivate and reward, and Hyper Hues is a shining example of that commitment.”

The Danish licence sees Habanero continue to grow its global presence. Since the beginning of 2025, the slots provider has received a licence for the Greek market and has also been awarded regulatory accreditation in Brazil.

Regarding the Brazil market entry, Lonoce said back in January: “Stepping into the Brazilian market is an exciting moment for Habanero, highlighting our commitment to expanding worldwide. We’ve always had our sights set on Latin America, and with Brazil becoming a regulated market, we see amazing opportunities for growth.

“We are committed to delivering the same exceptional gaming experiences that have earned us recognition globally and look forward to forging strong partnerships in Brazil and making a significant impact in the new market.”
