Rogue has continued to expand its global presence after inking a deal with Light & Wonder, to provide its slot titles to the latter’s OpenGaming aggregation platform.
Through this deal, operators affiliated with Light & Wonder’s OpenGaming platform will be able to offer their player bases games from Rogue’s product portfolio, including games utilising the studio’s proprietary mechanics like Fusion Reels and Tsunami Reels.
Steve Mayes, Digital Partnerships Director at Light & Wonder, stated: “We greatly admire Rogue’s dedication to providing some of the most unique and exciting games coming into the market and the rapid progress that the studio has made in such a short space of time.
“We are confident that this latest agreement will further enhance the reputation of OpenGaming for delivering a wide variety of casino entertainment designed to engage with audiences across the world.”
“It further demonstrates the power of our development platform in helping to quickly bring to market the most dynamic content available from the industry’s true innovators.”
With the integration set to be completed in the second half of 2023, the deal will be facilitated using Playzido technology that allows independent studios to ‘rapidly deploy’ their content into the OpenGaming service.
John Parsonage, CCO at Rogue, added: “This agreement has been driven by our commitment to providing games with mechanics that stand out from the crowd and which present players with a fresh and exciting experience.
“Light and Wonder’s OpenGaming platform provides us with instant and extensive global distribution to allow us to deliver our games to new operators in new markets. We look forward to players all over the world interacting with our content. Change the game and go Rogue.”
The partnership continues a busy period of distribution for Rogue, which recently signed a similar deal with EveryMatrix, providing its titles to the latter’s SlotMatrix aggregation platform.
