Competition for this year’s SBC Awards looks set to be stronger than ever before, but time is running out for companies that wish to be in with a chance of collecting an honour to submit their nominations.
The 2021 edition of the SBC Awards will return to the stunning Evolution London venue on December 14, for a celebration of the achievements of the top-performing operators, affiliates and suppliers in the international betting and gaming industry.
A total of 43 awards will be up for grabs on the night, with categories suitable for companies ranging from major global brands to new market entrants. 2020’s winners included bet365, Better Collective, LeoVegas, Oddspedia, Parimatch, Rabbit Entertainment, Scientific Games, Shape Games, Sportradar, Synot Games, theScore, Trustly, and Wazamba.
Any business keen to compete against the industry’s leading names has to act fast, as the SBC Awards nomination deadline is Friday 10 September.
Independent panels of expert judges will then assess the entries to draw up the shortlist for each category and decide the eventual winners.
In addition to being a chance for companies to earn industry-wide recognition for their employees’ efforts, the SBC Awards is also a great opportunity for networking and socialising with senior executives from across the industry.
Previous editions of the SBC Awards have proved to be memorable evenings and the 800 guests can again look forward to lavish hospitality and high-level networking opportunities at what will be the final major industry event of 2021.
Rasmus Sojmark, founder and CEO of SBC, said: “The SBC Awards celebrate the best of the best in what is a highly innovative, creative, and competitive industry. Winning, or even just being shortlisted, is a mark of excellence that is acknowledged across the industry and also a great way to recognise the efforts of the teams behind the best products and services.
“We’ve seen operators, affiliates, and platform, content, technology, and payments suppliers do some great things over the past 12 months, and we’re looking forward to rewarding some of them in London in December.”
